One conclusion: the shitcoin folks did raise significant money, while the bitcoin folks did not, as a fact. Another conclusion must be that the community needs to build up a network of highly skilled professionals from various industries who feel a sense of belonging and who, when needed, offer their services for the benefit of the community or individual members at fair conditions (without impoverishing themselves in the process). It is highly unfortunate that both Keonne and Paul had to hire very expensive attorneys (with no success in the end). If the state has endless fiat money to finance and stir up the case, then the bitcoin community must have at least a decent structure of skilled professionals to assist in defense. imho
