The only things this proves is that you are unable to distinguish an opinion (me saying that they should have done this) from facts (they didnt do it for their own technological reasoning), but congrats on that one

The existance of privacy preserving BIP157/158 block filters isn't an "opinion". It's a well known FACT:

Cake uses Electrum which basically doxxes your addresses to the server operator. ZEUS uses Neutrino, which takes longer to sync, but is privacy preserving.
