I know very little of the guy. I was gonna check the podcast tomorrow. I know this guy supposedly knows a lot about health, but his body doesn't really show that to me. But curious what i could learn from him

He is a neurosurgeon. If you want the health stuff, listen to the first 4 hours with Breedlove. This second one is about history. Very polarizing, apparently- but drops truth bomb after truth bomb. Always says “don’t trust, verify” as a real Bitcoiner would. I’ve gone down several of the rabbit holes he brings up and they check out. He drops so many facts one after another it is hard to keep up with all of it. Dude is a walking encyclopedia. Mind blowing stuff. DYOR.
