I think nostr would be prime for that, and you could utilize relays or create your own feed for content you want rather than saying I donโ€™t want them to utilize the nostr protocol

remember when Friendster gave MySpace a run for the money? This will all evolve too.
That's why I said I don't want them "in my social media", not "in my protocol" (?). No need to have commercial spam on my Damus/Primal/Iris/Snort... feed. Let them make apps based on Nostr specific for that.
