only dumbasses use cloudflare, after what happened a few months ago. a relay that can adequately serve a userbase over 10k can be run on a VPS for $5/month. probably could actually serve more like 100k users but the traffic would be the thing that would mean you have to pay more, like about $30 for every 10000-20000 users.
