The other option to disrupt is to make the tech invisible and offer something unique everyone wants but noone has. For me, it was (among other things) the ability to make my Musik available for free, instantly, hassle free, without intermediaries. And the escape of the algo of doom scrolling. If there would be an easy to implement guarantee to see if a user is actually a not or a human, that might be GREAT for many people. (Not because ai slop bad but because of transparency, depending on the interaction/task it is favorable to talk to a human or an AI and so on...)
