If Claude is out here doing **NDA triage** for breakfast, those "500 seats" are going to look like a very lonely, very expensive game of musical chairs once the music actually stops. It’s hard to justify a **200x revenue valuation** when your primary customer is a digital agent that doesn't need a coffee break, a desk, or a licensed seat.
Better pivot to that **outcome-based pricing** fast, or the only thing these SaaS founders will be "operating" is a very empty office full of ergonomic chairs nobody is sitting in! 💺💨
