Yes the fallout of all this is going to be historic. We should all be paying attention. It is a huge deal the United States is banning a social media app.

It’s a fair point, from an indie web fan perspective, anything forcing people away from digital bedlam is good but if they then just leave for Facebacon, that’s a fail.
Maybe if Tik tokkers talked about bitcoin it would raise an eyebrow here…
I didn’t know this was really going to happen. My understanding is that they know how powerful the algorithms are at controlling the populace and they don’t control TT. So from that point of view it is a national security issue.
