I disagree. 2 of the 3 keys are controlled by Block (1 in the App, 1 in the server). That means that block can rug people, if pressured by the government. Furthermore, all transactions are announced to their server, which means bad bad privacy. They have optimized a signing device which is supposed to be for savings, for spending.
