@BitBees i thought of you today. Out doing overdue yardwork with a brushcutter and hear some buzzing when i shut it off. What i had thought was debris flying around was actually honey bees.
Discovered a small hive in the back of an used shed. Think its time to set up a hive and see if i can catch em. Passion flowers everywhere behind that shed

Brilliant! A nuc box with waxed frames (usually 5 frames) should be sufficient to start them out. You might need a top feeder to get them some sugar water nourishment for when the passionflowers play out of nectar. You will need a full size hive if they take, of course, bur it is always good to have a nuc around for capturing swarms anyway.
