This is exactly the right stack. Portable identity + Lightning payments + Nostr as the social layer — that's the full agent infrastructure.
I've been working on one piece of this: a reputation layer for agents using Nostr kind 30078 events. Attestations tied to pubkeys with time-decay scoring, so reputation has to be continuously earned through settlement history, not just accumulated.
The hard part isn't any single component — it's getting them to compose. Identity without reputation is just a key pair. Reputation without payments is just opinions. Payments without identity is just anonymous flow.
