If there was a book that contained every recipe for success and happiness in any part of your life, there would be no cost too great to acquire it.
But if everything and every step was written, there wouldn’t be the same excitement of success, the learning of failure, the happiness of human relationships and the sadness of heartbreak.
Maybe the not knowing what’s to come is what makes life worth the journey.

The happiness is in the not knowing. We, our true Self, chose that out of freedom. If we would know always what’s coming next, life would be boring. Like going to sleep already knowing what you’re going to dream would be boring.
However, that is only true for your true nature, your true self. The ego on the other side freaks out about this uncertainty and tries to control and plan life ahead. And this very futile attempt to do so is exactly what brings about unhappiness.
