Trying to help my wife get back into a career. She wants a work from home job that has flexible hours so she can continue taking care of the kids and house. She's been a stay at home mom for 15 years and would be starting from scratch. Any suggestions?

Get her more involved in the church.
What are her strengths? Things like writing, organization, communication, analytical thinking, etc.?
(I'm sure she has most of those already after 15 years as a mom, but you know what I mean... 😉)
If she’s up for training AI, the platform I work for is looking for people. It’s all work from home and you choose when to work. Let me know😄
Have her grow hydroponic weed to sell on the black market
I approve #GrowMoss #FreeMoss
Organization is probably her strongest
That doesn't help with the bills
We're trying to avoid AI as much as possible.
We do have several acres... Though no hydroponics set up.
Fair enough🙌
I'd day bubble buckets are the easiest way, check it out!
I‘m thinking some production jobs… making things happen. AI agents are cool and stuff, but there are still plenty of tasks that take a person on the phone getting things done.
For example, I recently took care of a book production project. I had to make arrangements with the printer, then with another company delivering the packaging, and then another one delivering stickers for the premium editions, etc. I ordered samples of materials and decided on the final solution. Stuff like that - production work.
You can do a lot of it from home and have flexible hours.
Maybe one of those Tesla robots that looks like a Squid Game guard could help out
