In theory the same could be calculated for LN zaps, but the number would be inaccurate due to fake zaps and no way to verify amounts :)

Trustless systems like Bitcoin protect individual sovereignty, rendering verification of LN zaps unnecessary.
Public zaps a voluntary posting of the transaction amount. They aren't a poll of actual wallet addresses.
