Ice is not deployed in most of the country. The counties where ice is deployed are all that matters. Those counties are the most populated and have the largest ice presence. Places where ice aren’t deployed are not relevant.
So yes these 9 areas with the high density of people and ice agents see the most violence is not much of a stat.
