Immigrants are just the test case for the new surveillance state. Don't think for a second the state won't start using these tools on other groups as well.
If you still are using social media under your real life identity, you probably shouldn't post anything but cat pictures. You may have freedom of speech today but who knows what tomorrow will bring. Some political rant you posted 10 years ago might get you thrown in a prison camp one day.
"Oh but the constitution says"....give me a break, the constutution has failed to protect your 2nd amendment or 4th amendment rights. One day it will probably fail to protect your first amendment rights as well.
