Do you have anxiety or something? Why are you using these to calm down?
Why not? It’s just L-Theanine, helps with sleep a little as well I have found and they taste really good.

I reckon my thoughts are if I'm not calm that's a signal or symptom, and I fix it through awareness. Not that I'm perfect or good by any means. Do you Meditate?

That's cool. Personally it took me three years to Meditate without falling asleep. It's one of the best things in my life. I've literally manifested something, saying this with humility, I'm able to do it on command now. It's very cool. Like lucid dreaming but coming to this life

Joe dispenza is peak Bro. There are answers only you can answer, but I think some good steps are 1) go within, be aware of nothingness/ purely present, get within the operating system of your mind 2) breath work is a great tool to change your brain waves and focus your energy/ bring it back in. 3) embody what you want. How will it feel to have 5 Bitcoin for example. To me, I gotta leave this physical reality behind from time to time. 🫂 Lmk how it goes!
