How does GrapheneOS stop you from being traced via cell phone tower triangulation?

I'm not sure, but secure computing and privacy are not necessarily the same thing. You can achieve a highly secure system with Graphene; see the reports on its resilience against Cellebrite. For privacy, though, I think a desktop with Qubes OS, Tails, or Whonix is better.
