If there was a tool to cross-post from X to Nostr I would.
But I just simply don't have time for both and think the audience on X needs pro-privacy, pro-freedom tech, pro-freedom money content more right now.

I appreciate your thresh hold, I think such a bridge will be impossible as the centralized powers will not open their walled gardens.
May you reach the masses while there is still time. Hopefully you can use zap.stream or halba.news and cross post that content to twitter.
Agree that Twitter users have a more urgent need for your content than the average nostrich
I do miss your hard-question-Sundays here, though…
#asknostr 🤔
You’re complaining about Nostrs privacy but have an X account? You’d rather give your government ID, phone number, and email to Israeli intelligence than use Nostr… in the name of privacy? 🤣
The problem derives from
Management. Always does. Time and management are at best
At best against each other. No hogwash can fix this bullshit. Although I can’t ignore time being an issue, but I repeated time and time again everyone’s outlook on how long this or that will be is oh years and years short.
Feeding the monster doesn't really help the ones getting munched.
Ctrl+A. Ctrl+C. Ctrl+V. Should work. Ymmv.
Connect.nos.social works for posting from nostr to twitter (x)
👀
Is a twitter account required?
Can I chat with twtr users?
Can I see or follow a particular twitter account via nostr?
It’s funny that Seth has tried to stir up the Nostrich nest and all he’s actually done is show that he doesn’t know what’s been happening here or why people have stuck around on nostr.
Massive self-own.
Don't let the door hit your ass on the way out.

Ego. That seems to be the originator.
Folks concerned more about their engagement numbers than the fundamentals of what the protocol and/or [enter freedom tech service here] have to offer for the betterment of society.
Previous example being Archie from Bitcoin Archive. Dopamine from likes is a helluva drug.
🎯
this really makes sense if we want people to smoothly transition from x to nostr, and really "own" their followers
i have been considering starting something similar. @rabble are you the author? would you be interested in chatting?
I didn’t write the code but i was involved. Happy to chat.

It's not about crossposting. The only reason to stay on X is making people aware of Nostr. And publish high quality content here.
Why do you still have X? If you want to advocate about privacy do it from your website/podcast/wherever you can keep your privacy. If you deliver quality stuff people will fins you anyway.
By keeping your account you are justifying the existence of X's business model.
But the truth is that, below the surface, we still need X to gain popularity asap. And this is the original sin.
Find the courage and get rid of it.
The answer is simple. Privacy is only a sellng point for him. He uses it to fool people and make audience.
He is just opportunistic guy like many in the internet and in real life.
