Never release Bitcoin in favor of the buyer if you have not received the payment, even if the trader is reliable, "Verified" and trusted with a great reputation, since no one can be held responsible if the payment never arrives.
In other words, release the Bitcoin from escrow to the buyer only if you have already received the funds, otherwise, you would only have yourself to blame.
