Nope. All they said was they expected projects to become self-sustainable (not mentioned anywhere in their paraphernalia). The submission process is a backward blackbox, with no feedback or appeal process. Opensats submission process needs radical improvements, especially considering the impact/power they have over projects and developers.
And may I add, i am personally prob responsible for coordinating the most hardware workshops in bitcoin, and have been driving force inspiring people to build hardware. Ugh, what a shitshow
