You can always put better fans on em to make em quieter

This is the kind of stuff I'm trying to learn about. I'm tech adverse and have just been stacking for years. I'm trying now to learn more about the process, improve my privacy, and do things like multipurpose a miner for function stacking. Any other ideas, resources etc. on doing things like this would be greatly appreciated.

What kind of fans would you recommend. I honestly don't know the square root of fuck all about this
