Trump continued his string of threatening posts today on Truth Social, warning that if the Taliban does not return control of Bagram Airbase to the United States, “BAD THINGS ARE GOING TO HAPPEN!!!” It’s worth noting that Bagram Airbase was originally constructed by the Soviet Union in the 1950s, not by the United States.
