Beautiful harvest.
No real suggestion but if you cooked the pomegranate into a syrup or something could be easier t ship/gift/preserve.

Im getting a stainless steel press. Gonna make syrup for sure.
Pomes I'd juice and freeze in pints. Persimmons I'd gorge and share w others fresh, but I'm not a jams guy
