Oh I know how they're portrayed. I think the net effect will be the opposite though. Trump and Vance's rhetorical shenanigans will undoubtedly solidify the conviction of those who already support them, but they have been a boon for the Euroregime. As I said even if I agree with Trump, I also think Europe needs to put boots on the ground to stop Putin. But unfortunately the consequence of that is giving air to the current elites. If you want a more cynical approach: I'd rather have Ukraine's resources for Europe than for Russia and the US.

And what if thats all done by purpose? Europe gets the license to print + a scapegoat and the cycle repeats with different bureaucrats.
