HW wallets sucks, you won't have a great level of plausible deniability if you use them
Can you elaborate?
Why else do you have it then?
I think you just confused me further
You can’t really deny you have crypto if you have a hhw…
Why else would you have a hhw?
Only cuz you’re the involved with crypto…
HW wallet is an obvious visual indicative that the user is involved with crypto, a common USB stick with Tails that won't be obvious (although could rise suspicion about possible crypto ownership)
In the future everyone will own bitcoin not crypto. But i guess self custody btc will be extremely rare and prob worth going after.
Hardware wallets are trash. Their security level could be matched cheaply by simply using a strong passphrase and a multi-sig setup (if you want), using USB sticks loaded with TailsOS with persistent storage connected to an old, always-offline PC belonging to your father.
SeedSigner will always be the ultimate winner
So what's the answer I get that I'm being redundant but please indulge me.
Get something with more privacy and anonymity built in at the base layer. The only thing worth having is monero.
