Please explain/clarify. Because the way it’s written sounds like a full time job for a team of people crammed into 1-hr per week for 10k sats.

There is a one hour team meeting weekly.
I posted the job. Wanted to have a one hour weekly call with someone who could help us with social media.
Thought 10k sats an hour would be fine, wasn’t looking for them to do anything outside of the call. How much should we offer instead?
