How is it censorship resistant if it is centralized? Is this built with smart contracts?

Try creating a prediction market with Stripe API integration and you’ll see very quickly how you get censored.
Bitcoin enables transactions to flow freely, thereby resisting the censorship from those who do not want the payments to flow.
Prediction markets by design must be centralized. The whole point is to elicit and aggregate information so as to forecast the future. Centralization is baked in, but since we are using base layer Bitcoin, we can offer this service, and resist censorship.
