It's a difference between the desire to talk to lost of people who each are less powerful on average and to talk to a few highly motivated and action oriented people on Nostr
Each has value and it's not much more effort to do both

Could be if nostr gets to 100k daily actives in the next little while and retains a bitcoin focus we'll start to see some crossposting. But that's quite a big ask.
