Gm. Blew my travel budget for the year before i knew about your cheese event. Was sad bc i have been selling a neighbors cheese and really want to learn myself but i dont think his production methods would match how i want to do it.
Q: are yall curing your own meats or do you have someone doing it offsite?

We are not serving our home cured meats this time. Those tend to be produced in the winter and I'm out. :)
We are serving meals from a few different sources.
Do yall have videos on home curing?
