Don't know how feasible is this idea, but there could be a croudfunded satellite infrastructure to provide internet access without the control of land authorities.

Crowdfunding already recognizes as high risk activities in the EU. It will be more and more difficult to do it.
There is no such thing as "satellites without the control of land authorities" though.
You're probably right. I have zero knowledge about satellites. Just looks a little easier to bypass authoritarian jurisdictions.
