Thanks for the suggestions @Ryan ! I haven't run Haven relay yet but it seems from browsing the docs, its not "more difficult" but just more configuration steps, actually its pretty close to just running your own lightning node or lnbits server. should be easy for just someone who's comfortable sysadmini'ing 😉
