I'm still working out that part. However, i can see how it'd totally work for local courier types of deliveries. For instance, customer has a package to send. They'd use the platform to create the from/to and have package ready to ship. Than, a Nostrich in the area picks up the package, and delivers it to the proper local destination. Perhaps for longer destination, maybe the courier could take the package to USPS, ups or FedEx. There are also a number of logistical APIs I could maybe plug into for those services, similar to how pirate.ship does, but be hard on nostr and lightning. Hell, there are nostriches with delivery vehicles, semi-trucks & planes. We could probably create a network.

I like this idea and want to see it succeed. For best privacy, purchaser should never have to give their address though. A storefront or distribution center could work, where you just go pick up the package. If you are a spy or something maybe you hire a gig worker to pick up for you. Maybe we could enlist existing BTC friendly businesses with storefronts. There are many on BTC map.
If you make it cheaper to ship the coffee beans from El Salvador paid with sats (Satoshi Coffee Co), I'd use it every 2-3 weeks.
That's kinda what I was thinking, as well. Kinda uber-esque. I think the apps I want to focus on will be infrastructure-like, where the platforms allow nearly anyone using it opportunities to make sats. This is very much still conceptual, but I will be building out the idea and iterating on the idea.
