But not really, because that's only 3kg of PLA filament. That's the drawback of fiat apocalypse - even though you're relatively rich, the whole society is poor. Bitcoin fixes this only long term. So love your nocoiners too. They're in the pit deeper, but we'll not be too far away.
You need a phone, a LoRa module (Lilygo 2.1 for frequency in your country) and some time and patience. But most importantly - you need peers around you to communicate with. So I would actually start by going to a Bitcoin meetup or some local hackerspace, check what people are interested in, check who you see from your roof and build the network with them. Also - your radio antenna probably won’t do, you need a specific antenna for a specific frequency. It is not plug-and-play and will have little usability if you are doing it alone. Start here:
