I screwed up the feed. I forgot to add the value time splits and had the chapters file wrongly named. Thanks to @ChadF and 33 others for pointing it out to me I fixed it and sent out the podping. Your app of choice may or may not update the episode. Some apps update quickly some don't 🙁 Sorry
