Imo nostr as-is will v likely fail for reasons I seem to be on the same page as you on. No normal person will go on a social media and care about 1000 people saying 'bitcoin is besuty' 'stack sats and stay humble' etc etc all day everyday. I mean even I don't care lol. The hope (again imo, just insert 'imo' everywhere on this) is that a period of time will pass after a fizzling out and someone wil look back and think, wait.. there's something to do. Maybe they'll be someone who is bitcoin-sympathetic and have a large enough following or reach to pull it off. But then there is part of me which thinks that there is a general trend to be off social media (touch grass), but that too would only cause social sites, like forums of the past to be a niche interest, and a return to it being seen as nerdy and 'sad'.
