Love – laboring for neighbor amid affliction.
Hope – steadfastly waiting for Christ’s return.
Election – grounded in Christ, not in speculation.
Conversion – turning from false gods to the living God.
As Gerhard writes, “Where these three—faith, love, and hope—flourish, there the Church is alive, for Christ Himself dwells there through the Spirit.”
