English is no longer just a language. It’s an interface.
AI doesn’t care if you’re smart.
It cares if you’re clear.
First, English got you grades.
Then, it got you jobs.
Now, it gets you better answers from machines.
Teach kids to write like coders.
Precision is power.

Sometimes I prompt copilot in français just to confuse it and bring it back on track

English also has numbers attached to it, which is why it's the most difficult language to understand.
Numerologists would know what I'm talking about.
Layman terms?
English is the global trade language, bank language, law language and forex language . Demographics show the biggest democratic population speaks or understands English .
I'm thinking children learning code might need to also learn Mandarin.
I wouldn’t put any effort for my kids to learn English. It’s the easiest language to absorb. I agree on mandarin and the other global languages that would make a difference if you speak it. Yet my point was about the importance of learning English and to master it in a way to help you benefit from communicating with ai.
I get your point. English reflects French and German derivatives /origins.
Unfortunately the English language has been weaponised and is deliberately nuanced to say one thing and to mean exactly the opposite. The lawyers especially in the USA, have made a career out of it. So have Politicians. Bankers. Wall St traders. Media.
Applying the English language to coding calls for logics, cryptography and maths - another whole new dimension. And in AI's case - game theory.
On the other hand China has proven time and again, their skill at taking any product from high end luxury items, to electronics, heavy machinery and everything in between - copying it, scaling it and taking it to market at a far cheaper price.
And they're well educated, bi-lingual and are a culture of patient, longterm strategists. Their history proves it. Invasions, exploitation, often ridiculed, depicted as the boogeyman - end result resilient fortitude.
