Fuck man. I have a very similar memory from just a few years ago. My dad was an amazing father and I miss him every day.
It was hard but Im glad I Was with him when he passed.

@Timrell - This brings tears to my eyes, friend! I lost my mom 1.5 years ago. My dad is still here and in relatively good health. I talk with him about every other day knowing that, at 74 years old, there's not much sand left in his hourglass...

Thank you. Iโm sorry for your loss. I truly believe in the power of prayer and appreciate it. I spent plenty of time visiting him over the years but Iโd give anything for more time. Iโm sure you know. The hardest part now is the pain management. Seeing someone you love suffering for extended periods of time is brutal. ๐๐๐๐ prayers for your family headed your way. ๐ซก
