Because being on a board makes one subject to fiduciary duty, and those become impossible to fulfill when you are on a board with actual scammers. @NVK is incompetent and engaged in laziness and petty fraudulence but the one ultimately responsible for this disaster is the one who promoted and elevated him, and that’s Matt @ODELL. Odell has consistently engaged in waste and fraud, most recently when he overpaid for Samourai’s federal plea deal by 950k. Everything he touches ends in rot and disaster. Until @ODELL resigns, OpenSats is a self-dealing proxy for Odell’s financial interests and everyone involved is in grave violation of their fiduciary duty.
