@SuiGenerisJohn would consider making a post around this sort of thing publicly? I think it could benefit a number of client builders to understand if they have obligations in this realm.

It’s not really a thing I can be. The most important problem being that I’m not a lawyer in the EU so I dont have the first clue about the merits of this demand correspondence. I do have a colleague that works on this kind of stuff and if I can get his take on it I’ll relay it here.
