Wim Hof's YouTube account just published a collection of people's coolest cold plunge spots. Obviously, there are some amazing places πŸ€©β„οΈ What is yours? For me in 2024 it was definitely the Knakion Springs near Sparta, in Greece. Especially now in the winter when the currents are stronger - amazing!! Maybe I can also catch them during some snow this year πŸ™πŸ» image

This was mine for 2024. A swimming hole at a hut I camped at on an overnight forest hike in SW Australia. Cold, slowly flowing, dark tea coloured water.

Oh wow, purest nature! That pool comes with an extra challenge on top of the cold. Not so easy sometimes to go into semi-clear waters ... especially in Australia πŸ€™ Very nice one!
