PRIMAL USED TO HAVE THIS FEATURE BUT FAKE ZAPS BREAK IT SO THEY REMOVED IT.
ZAP RECEIPTS ARE NOT VERIFIABLE.
I’m assuming one person 2 accounts just paying themselves? Otherwise I’m not sure what you mean. If that’s the case every zap could have a “tax” that goes into a pool as bounty rewards for various projects
