We tend to laugh on past hardships, bad experiences which were back then really stressful.
But why do we laugh afterwards? Why do we need time to laugh on it?
Probably because by then, we make or feel ourselves independent from that event. We can view it as an outsider, who is not anymore effected by it, stressed by it.
What can we learn from this?
The more independent we can make ourselves from other people`s actions, the sooner we will be less stressed, and can laugh even in the moment.
