I believe it has to be a direct link to the image file (.jpg, .png, etc...) and not an html page. If you can't get a direct link with Dropbox, you could try adding the image from your phone/pc (or copy/paste) into a simple nostr post whatever your client is and then copying the link from that post to Habla
