I don't necessarily think his answer is the best one, but if the free market was actually working, this wouldn't be a problem that anyone would bring up. Unfortunately we're seeing the opposite of that. Price gouging, corporate capture, etc. Realistically, I guess, at least he's trying something to break up the problem. Everyone other candidate seems to be ok with the status quo.
