(Constantly distracted: in my freetime😮💨, not at work😤 '😁laser focus🙂')
I can only focus at work, because I get paid and I'm a responsible person, but the discipline is gone when I'm free 😳 🫣🤔🫣
= because I love my freedom too much☺️😅, the feeling to restrict myself is like restricting my freedom, only when I do something that I like or love, than I can restrict myself to realize my personal goals.
The normal stuff, I can do it because I'm an adult, but when the task are not important/necessary, my answer
= "OOO HELL NOOO...😁❗️😳"
I see too much miserable adults, who are pleasing others, and doing stuff that they absolutely don't want to do, to be likeable for people who don't like them back.
As a child, I was a people pleasing person. Result, you/we burnout 😵💫.
Doing something good for others, isn't the same as being a people pleasing person (1st, it is your choice and you get positive energy, the 2nd 1 you changes your own behavior to be liked by peers, we/you are eliminating your real you, thoughts and feelings)

We all have a shadow side, some people say trauma (but I don't think so, trauma is too strong and overused 🔎), it's almost a trend to use trauma for every experience that we deeply in our heart dislike.
Yes, trauma exist, my opinion: it's overused.
A person living life without any down moments in his/her past, and in the future, objectively this person doesn't exist 👀❗️
When it isn’t trauma, the label "trauma" can bring more harm, 🤔 it causes the person to become paralyzed, due to the placebo effect:
extreme circumstances like experiencing PTSD because of war, than you are experiencing real trauma.
This is not an objective truth, this is how I rate trauma.

When I really want something, performing the activities does not feel like discipline, I get energy from the activities (1 step closer to reach my goal😌 😅),
regardless of the fact that there are a few things that are less pleasant to do.
Can you do what you don’t like without a personal goal (or because external factors, like friends, parents, peers). If it's not a personal goal, and I hate it, I can't do it. Maybe because before I was a people pleasing person, and I never want to go back...😁
Don't get me wrong. Good deeds are important😤, but
not at the expense of your/our physical and mental health👀🔎 😮
