There's a difference between "crime" and "fine". You won't end up in jail, if you insult someone. But sure, you'll get fined for misbehaving. Or did sth changed recently?

You can be raided by men with guns and arrested too. Apparently Germans still like that kind of thing.
I'm not sure. I'd really like to see the search warrant for confiscating the guy's laptop and phone. I think CBS is bullshitting here. It's definitely not just hate speech.
