It would be cool if this could integrate with Meshtastic, Bitchat and Nostr so we could have a seamless communication experience across all of them.

NOSTR is guaranteed, the communication underneath is using the same protocol. Meshtastic need to study deeper, have the impression they don't have public chat rooms but could be wrong (will check). Bitchat is open and also using coordinates, so integration should be possible.
Awesome having all of these censorship resistant communication techniques working together will be amazing!
