If your neighbor breaks into your house, shoots your child in the head and rapes your wife are you going to negotiate? Whats your take when your other neighbour comes in and tells you you have to negotiate, maybe give up a little territory, the burglar can keep your living room, your wife and the car, but it's important to negotiate.
